The globe of light silvery-purple flowers sits on a singular stalk that is 10" to 20" tall. Allium christophii, which blooms in late spring to early summer, prefers full sun and well drained soil. Alliums are not attractive to deer or squirrels. Hardy in zones 4 to 8. Planting depth: 5" to 6". Space bulbs 5" to 12" apart.
